Delivery / shipping conditions

We ship worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight or volume weight of the shipment and the recipient address.

Standard shipping rates for up to 1kg in euros:

Austria: € 6.50 (for regular web shop orders over € 99 free)
Germany: € 8.50 (for regular web shop orders over € 99 free)
EU: € 14.90 (free for regular webshop orders over € 149.-)
USA: € 22.90

< Surcharges for so-called external areas, address corrections, any additional costs for rerouting, undelivered shipments, storage costs, return costs in the event of undeliverability, or other additional fees in connection with the delivery will be passed on to the buyer. Any customs and import taxes are to be borne by the customer and handled himself.

The shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.

We basically ship with the Incoterm DAP – Delivered At Place = Delivered at the named Destination. The seller bears all costs and risks up to the agreed destination.

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. There are no fixed delivery times. Of course, you will be informed if there is a delay due to a lack of stock.

Excess and short deliveries (+/- 10%) customary in the industry are permitted.
